My journey into this work began with learning to surrender and connect with the wisdom of my heart in pregnancy and birth — but it was arduous experience of navigating postpartum that truly ignited my passion for supporting women in life's biggest transformation, the rebirth of woman to mother.
I fought and struggled with Motherhood immensely. Yet through these challenges, I found my inner wisdom — a guiding light that lifted me out of the darkness and to a place of peace, clarity, and power within. Now, it’s my mission to share the tools that supported me through the profound metamorphosis of Motherhood and empower women to connect with the power of their hearts for a more peaceful, easeful, joyful journey.
Conception, birth, and postpartum are the most transformative phases in a woman's life. Yet, they are often the least supported in our Western society. This sacred time deserves nurturing. There is boundless potential in this journey of birth and rebirth — and I am here to help you discover it.
