You weren’t meant to navigate this path alone. None of us were. That’s why I’m here —with over a decade of coaching experience and my own postpartum self-care journey, I’ve crafted an inspired, real support system to help you adjust and embrace every hue of motherhood, both light and dark.

Includes: Three 1-hour sessions

If you’re within the first 3 months postpartum, I’ll come to your home. After 3 months, sessions can be held virtually or in person at my office.

Additional sessions are also available in person or virtually.

When Is Postpartum?

An internet search will tell you “postpartum” is 6-8 weeks, making it seem like this is the end of the transition — but it’s only the beginning. In fact, it’s a minimum of 2 years. It’s an individual, non-linear journey, and I’m here to help you navigate it.

This journey is what we call Matrescence.

What Is Matrescence?

“The changes women experience physically, mentally, and emotionally when reborn as a mother.”

Think about it: Motherhood is one of life’s biggest changes. It’s a metamorphosis and rebirth of your identity. While you’re still “you,” your sense of self transforms, like a caterpillar to a butterfly.

Your day-to-day life looks completely different. You even now answer to a new name — Mom. The way you feel, the thoughts you have, the feelings you experience, the things you focus on. It all changes.

And it isn’t just circumstantial. Motherhood rewires our brains. These new neural pathways and divine motherly instincts are there to guide, support, and ground you. It’s the pure magic of motherhood.

Yet, how well are we prepared for these changes?

For first-time moms, it can take time to meet and adjust to a new version of yourself. Like every transition, there are discomforts and waiting periods.

The physical changes. The anxiety and depression are often undiagnosed and untreated. The loneliness. The ups and downs. The disconnection to the world around us. The resurfacing of trauma, whether fresh or old. The pressure to “bounce back.”

We think there’s something wrong with us because we feel different. Because we aren’t just “bouncing back.”

And we feel like we’re the only ones going through it. We try to hide it in shame, hoping it will go away, only to feel lonely and defeated. We only see the wins and Instagram-worthy sides of motherhood, confused why it doesn’t always feel the way we thought it would.

We See What We “Should” or “Shouldn’t” Be Feeling in Motherhood. But That’s Not How It Works.

This isn’t your fault — there’s nothing wrong with you. And you’re not the only one going through it.

The truth is, society simply doesn't prepare first-time moms for the painful yet purposeful transformation of Matrescence.

I’m here to talk about it. I’m here to illuminate the shadow sides of motherhood and everything in between so you know that nothing is “wrong” or “bad” about needing support during this massive transition.
